Welcome to Web of Research Group “Dret Civil Català i Dret Privat Europeu”. Our objetive is the study of the several laws that have been enacted by the Catalan Parliament concerning the regulation of property law and real rights, taking into account the context of the harmonisation of private law within the European Union.
The Research Group “Dret Civil Català i Dret Privat Europeu” has been recognized as consolidated research group in the Agaur Call 2005 (núm. 2005SGR00199) and 2009 (núm. 2009SGR689).
